Best Sales Follow Up Email

The end of a great meeting is not hanging up on the zoom call. It is making sure there are clear, actionable next steps in place. Once that is done, thinking through the lens of a prospect who is most likely looking at other vendors, it is crucial to remain top of mind. The could be something like a gift card, in person drop or a simple follow up email.

A solid follow email is crucial to winning the best and largest deals. It not only shows that you are organized, disciplined and prompt but also listening to their business needs. Make sure the email is sent with in 24 hours of when the meeting took place, clear of grammatical errors and reiterates next steps (Pro tip: ask for something in return that was relevant to the conversation to gauge investment in the project from the prospect).
